She holds an MA in Health Psychology and an MBA and is the Western Canadian Representative for the International Association for the Study of Dreams. Her thesis research, which she presented at an International Association of Analytical Psychology conference in 2024, shows that Guided Dreaming has a remarkable 91% efficacy rate for stress reduction and problem-solving, and that it improved the average mental outlook by 36% after just one session.
