Guided Dreaming is a research-informed practice that helps you access creative insights and release tension in an underwater dream experience while fully awake. No experience needed. She holds an MA in Health Psychology and is the Western Canadian Representative for the International Association for the Study of Dreams. How to Prepare Technical Setup: - Keep your camera on to create a safe, connected group atmosphere - Be ready to unmute during optional sharing Physical Environment - Wear loose, comfortable clothing - Sit in a chair with back support - Choose a quiet space where you won't be interrupted What to Have Nearby: - Journal and pen - Glass of water - Optional: cushion, blanket Mindset: - Bring an open mind and a personal question or intention - Respect others' privacy and perspectives
